Late arrivals

Please arrive around 10 minutes early to get settled-this gives you time to use the toilet, and meet your instructor to discuss and medical conditions or injuries before class.

Once the class starts, the door is locked for safety and to avoid disruptions. If you're late, you'll forfeit your class.

Expiry Dates

All packages, including our intro offer, have expiration dates, which are clearly stated before purchasing through Mindbody.

Please check these before buying, as we're unable to extend them, except in cases of medical reasons, or agreed upon with the studio. unfortunately, holidays and other plans aren't included.

No Shows

Our classes are getting busier, and every spot counts! If you can't make it, please cancel in advance so someone else can take your place.

No shows mean missed opportunities for others, and our 24-hour cancellation policy applies, if you don't show up, you'll lose your class credit. let's keep things fair and make space for everyone!

Grip Socks

For safety and hygiene, grip socks are required for all classes.

If you forget yours, we have some available to purchase at the studio. thank you for keeping our space safe and comfy for everyone!

Personal Belongings

Stretch is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Refunds / Transfer

Packages Cannot be refunded, transferred or credited for future package or another client.
